How to Automatically Send SpamGuard Emails to a Specific Folder

Want to keep your inbox clean? Here's how to automatically sort your SpamGuard emails — like spam lead alerts — into a custom folder.

✅ For Gmail Users:
  1. Open Gmail and click the ⚙️ gear icon in the top right, then choose "See all settings".
  2. Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  3. Click "Create a new filter".
  4. In the "Subject" field, enter:
    New Spam Lead
  5. Click "Create filter".
  6. Check:
    • "Skip the Inbox (Archive it)"
    • "Apply the label" → then create or choose a label like Spam Leads
  7. Click "Create filter" to save.

Now, any email with that subject will go directly into your custom folder.

✅ For Outlook Users:
  1. Open Outlook and click the "Rules" button under the Home tab.
  2. Choose "Manage Rules & Alerts", then click "New Rule".
  3. Select "Apply rule on messages I receive".
  4. Click Next, then check:
    • "With specific words in the subject" → Add: New Spam Lead
  5. Click Next, then choose:
    • "Move it to the specified folder" → Choose or create a folder like Spam Leads
  6. Finish the rule to start organizing automatically.

🧠 Tip: We include "New Spam Lead" in the subject line of flagged leads so you can sort them easily.
